Here’s mine…

I was a high flying, driven Creative Strategist working in one of the most well-respected design studios in the world, managing million dollar budgets, leading creative teams and delivering award winning work. I was making my way to the top, and fast. But something didn’t feel right. I was close to everything I’d been working towards my whole career and found myself feeling frustrated, disengaged and unmotivated. It was unsettling. I started questioning if this is what I really wanted and was overwhelmed by the thought it might not be.

I hired a coach to help me through this messy, emotional process and the work we did changed my life in the most profound way possible. I discovered who I was at the core and what was most important to me, without the influence or expectations of others. I uncovered what drained my energy and what filled me up. I reconnected with my passion for human behavior and, to my surprise, started exploring careers outside of communications and design.  

I eventually found the courage to walk away from a career I spent over 15 years building. The company I worked for went to great lengths to keep me and I reconsidered, but I could no longer ignore the whisper inside me. I wanted to have the same impact my coach had on me. That combined with my love for people and a dream to have my own business inspired me to go for it. I enrolled in the most reputable coaching program and started building my very own leadership boutique. 

My personal journey took me from working in corporate to becoming a solo-preneur in service of incredible women like you. Your story will be entirely different. What matters most is that you’re being true to yourself and are committed to living authentically, courageously and on purpose.
